Training
Methodology: The Road to Professionalism
The training is designed to replicate the life of a youth player in a Spanish League academy. We don’t just work on the ball; we work on the player’s future:
- Training with professional coaches: Each week you’ll have access to coaches from different clubs (Girona, Leganés, Albacete, Huesca, Castellón, Andorra), allowing you to learn diverse tactical styles and be evaluated by multiple institutions.
- Individual Analysis and Report: Each player will receive a detailed performance report. Thanks to GPS technology and the VEO system, coaches analyze your physical metrics and tactical decisions to provide you with a realistic improvement roadmap.
- Comprehensive Training (Conferences): Modern football is also played with the mind and the table. We include conferences on Sports Nutrition and Tactical Match Analysis.
The Great Challenge: The Tryout (July 26-30): After two weeks of training, there’s a week of maximum intensity specifically designed for you to showcase your talent to scouts and sporting directors.

At this camp, you don’t train with summer camp counselors; you train with the head of scouting and methodology from clubs that compete at the highest level of Spanish football.
- Active Elite Coaches: The team is led by UEFA Pro licensed coaches, directly from the youth and first-team structures of Girona FC, CD Leganés, Albacete Balompié, SD Huesca, FC Andorra, and CD Castellón, among others.

How does the transfer service work?
This airport pickup service ensures that minors can travel independently and safely. Our transfer team will meet participants directly in the arrivals area and take them to the camp. In the event that the airline requires the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service, a camp counselor—who will be identified beforehand—will be responsible for the player from the moment the cabin crew hands them over until their arrival at the residence, and vice versa on the return journey. The minor will be supervised and accompanied at all times.
