Therefore, they will be held accountable for all operations carried out using their username and password.
That being said, users should select usernames and passwords that are difficult to decipher and keep their account information safe from unauthorized persons. To facilitate, to use, to try to decipher the accounts and access codes of others, or to share these access codes with unauthorized persons is considered a grave violation of the standards of usage and security. If a user has reason to believe that an unauthorized person has access to their account, they should immediately bring their concern to the attention of ACCOM CONSULTING SPAIN, SL so that they can be assigned a new account.

2º. Why is personal data used?
Personal data is used to be able to offer services, to send invoices, to make payments, and to communicate certain publicity regarding the same materials including opportunities to subscribe to newsletters.
In the section, “work with us,” data is used to manage curriculums so that applicants may participate in the process of recruitment and selection of the company’s personnel. Personal data is also used to keep these hopeful candidates informed about various job vacancies within our company. By sending us a CV, we understand that the applicant is willing to participate in our selection of personnel.
Personal data is mandatory and must be provided in all cases. If not, the mandated services will not be provided and the ends expressed above will not be met.
3º. For how long is data stored?
A client’s personal data is saved as long as they maintain a contractual relationship or as long as they don’t request that their data be deleted. Nevertheless, data will remain blocked during the pertinent statute of limitations (five years in accordance with the provision of professional services) in case of a liability on our part.
In the case of curriculums for job openings, personal data will be stored for six months.

Nonetheless, to be able to offer your requested services, you must accept certain conditions explained in detail in the preceding paragraphs. By contracting our services, you’re expressing your explicit consent to those conditions.
In additional to this international data transfer, other transfers may take place depending on where the client will be carrying out their studies or activities as explained in greater detail above.
6º. What are your rights when providing this information?
Your rights are regulated by the General Data Protection Regulations. They are:
- The right to access or rectify your data, to delete or remove data, and to oppose or limit its usage or portability.
- The right to revoke your consent when you have given it for a specific purpose.
