Sports program
This academy offers high-performance training for players and goalkeepers. The goal is to develop players so they acquire the necessary skills to adapt to today’s constantly evolving football environment.
The program incorporates innovative teaching techniques focused on developing technical skills, mental processing of the game, speed of execution, and personality. The emphasis is on the individual development of each player and also on the importance of teamwork.
Technical and tactical drills are performed in different game situations. Coordination skills and physical conditioning are also worked on to improve strength, speed, and endurance.
Goalkeepers dedicate part of their training to specific drills for their position.
Training facilities
The Italian High Performance Football School has fantastic facilities in the city of Perugia for training sessions.
The Academy’s main facility is the Bach field, but it also has other facilities available depending on the number of students enrolled.
Bach is a sports complex with an 11-a-side artificial turf field. All players will have access to a private bus that will transport them from their accommodation to the fields where training will take place in the afternoon.
Accommodation
The academy collaborates with several nearby hotels to accommodate its students.
Most players usually stay at the Hotel La Meridiana Urban. This hotel has quadruple rooms for double occupancy, although single or triple rooms are available on rare occasions.
Players who combine soccer training with their academic program stay at the Convitto Nazionale di Assisi boarding school, which provides boarding and meals during the school year.
The school has staff who supervise them 24/7.
