A week inside the PSG Academy Pro, available all year round
The PSG Academy Pro campus in Évian, at the International Center of Excellence on the shores of Lake Geneva, opens its doors by the week to a very limited number of players. Participants join the academy’s daily routine and train alongside the full-year resident players, with the club’s official coaches and the Paris Saint-Germain methodology.
That means more than 25 hours of training a week, the same programme used in Paris, on a private six-hectare campus with heated natural grass pitches. The work on the pitch is rounded off with professional assessments, individual and group reviews with the coaches, matches recorded on video and, depending on the academy’s competition calendar, games against European teams.
For anyone aiming at the full-year programme, it is the way to see the academy from the inside and show their level in the middle of the season.
The best experience starts with good guidance.

Training follows the official Paris Saint-Germain methodology, the same one used in Paris, delivered by coaches certified by the club and holding UEFA licences: more than 25 hours a week.
Work on the pitch combines technical drills, tactical set-ups and position-specific training, with video analysis and small-sided games. Added to that are strength, physical care and conditioning sessions, plus professional assessments with individual and group reviews from the academy coaches. Matches are recorded on video.
Depending on the academy’s competition calendar, there are also chances to compete: matches against European teams or practice games.
Training is in English, and there are coaches who speak fluent Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic. Goalkeepers have their own sessions with specialist coaches.
Players train alongside the full-year residents, so they live the real rhythm of a professional academy in mid-season. For anyone aiming at the full-year programme, this is the usual way for the coaching staff to watch them work over several days.

Training Facilities
The campus is private, closed to the public, and covers around six hectares beside Lake Geneva. It is built for high performance: several full-size professional pitches, both heated natural grass and artificial turf.
It is completed by a professional gym and fitness centre, a spa with hydrotherapy and massage rooms, video analysis rooms and professional changing rooms.
Training surface: Natural and artificial grass pitches
Quality: 4.5/5

Accommodation
Name of the facilities: International Center of European Football
Location: On the same campus as training facilities
Type of rooms: Modern shared double rooms with air conditioning
Bathrooms: Two large bathrooms with 6 private showers per floor
Quality: 4/5
Players stay in the campus’s own residence, inside the sports facilities, so there are no journeys: you walk from your room to the pitch.
Rooms are double, modern, with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each floor has two large bathrooms, each with six private showers. Daily room cleaning, a weekly change of sheets and towels and daily laundry of the training kit are included, along with the programme’s Nike kit.
Food is part of performance, and the academy treats it as such: four meals a day — breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner — under head chef Kevin Frichot. Everything is cooked on campus and from scratch, with fresh local ingredients, premium meats and seasonal vegetables, following the nutritional needs of a young athlete.
There are dishes adapted for vegetarians and for anyone with a gluten or lactose intolerance, and a halal menu is possible with advance notice.
For free time, the campus has communal areas: a games and esports room, a study room, table football, gardens and outdoor seating areas.

Safety
The academy is on French soil, about forty minutes from the centre of Geneva, in the Lake Geneva area, a popular tourist region known for the Évian-les-Bains spa. The nearest airport is Geneva International.
It is a quiet, safe setting on a campus closed to the public, designed so that players can focus on football. The residence is supervised twenty-four hours a day by a team of counsellors who speak several languages.
As these weeks fall during term time, the academy issues an invitation letter for visa applications or to justify absence from school. International health and travel insurance is compulsory: you must bring the certificate or card.
