About the Programme

This tryout programme aims to provide access to a semi-professional football club within the Community of Madrid and its surroundings from among the following options:
- Fuenlabrada FC (RFEF Primera Federación)
- Rayo Majadahonda FC (RFEF Primera Federación)
- CD Toledo (RFEF Segunda Federación)
- Unión Adarve (RFEF Segunda Federación)
In the first instance, players are evaluated remotely based on the graphic documentation and sports resume submitted to demonstrate their football skills.
During the programme, players' performance is analysed taking into account their experience, skill level, and position, as well as the needs of each club in order to determine which club offers the best chance of success for each player. (See Training section)
This assessment can lead to three different outcomes:
- Case 1: The player is deemed to have a high-enough level and a club wishes to draft them.
- Case 2: The player is not yet skilled enough to be signed, but a club recognizes their potential and offers a partial or full scholarship to train at the club's academy until they reach the required level.
- Case 3: The player does not have a high-enough level and still requires considerable training to develop the necessary skills to access one of the clubs. They have the possibility to continue their training at a club's academy, but they are not offered a scholarship.

Fuenlabrada FC
Founded in 1975, this semi-professional football team from the Community of Madrid competes in the Primera Federación, formerly known as Segunda División B. In 2019, the team was promoted to Segunda Division, where it enjoyed a three-season run. The club has welcomed players from the Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid youth teams, as well as Enzo, Zinedine Zidane's son, who was drafted in 2022.
CF Rayo Majadahonda
Semi-professional football team from the Community of Madrid that competes in the Primera Federación and was founded in 1976. Since its foundation, the team played in regional divisions and in the Segunda Federación, but over the last few years it has achieved remarkable progress, reaching and remaining in the Primera Federación, and even getting promoted to the Segunda División during the 2018-2019 season. Well-known players like Pepe Reina, Munir, Marcos Llorente, and Gio, Simeone's son, have played for the club.
CD Toledo
CD Toledo is a Castilian-La Mancha football club with almost 100 years of history. Since its founding in 1928, it has competed in several divisions, including a seven-season run in the Segunda División until it was relegated in the year 2000. Ever since, it has been alternating between the Primera and Segunda Federación.
Unión Adarve
The Agrupación Deportiva Unión Adarve football club was founded in 1992 and is based in the neighbourhood of Pilar, north Madrid. It is an incredible training centre in the Community of Madrid that has around 30 different football teams in both the men and women youth categories. Their famous team, "Los Lobos", are currently competing in the Segunda Federación.
Training Programme
During the first week of the programme, players train with a Fuenlabrada FC youth team. There are 4 to 5 training sessions per week, each lasting 1.5 hours.
In these sessions, the coaching staff evaluates players' performance to assess their level and determine whether to promote them to a higher-category team in Fuenlabrada FC, or to transfer them to a different club within the Community of Madrid and its surroundings where they might have a better chance of success, i.e. Rayo Majadahonda FC, CD Toledo, or Unión Adarve.
Furthermore, players receive personalised advice to develop a physical conditioning programme tailored to their needs, which can be carried out in the gym and sports facilities of the ESC LaLiga residence, the programme's accommodation venue.
In order for the coaching staff to have enough time to properly assess each player and find the team that fits them best, it is recommended to go for a tryout programme of at least two weeks.

Accommodation
Players stay at the sports residence of ESC LaLiga & NBA, located in Villaviciosa de Odón (25 km from central Madrid). The residence offers high-quality accommodation, including double rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, housekeeping and laundry services, and video surveillance.
During their free time, players also have access to communal areas which include a diner, a game room, and study rooms, among other facilities. ESC Madrid is the official school and residency of LaLiga, so players will be sharing the facilities with other international athletes.
