This golf camp in Marbella is designed for children between 5 and 17 years of age who play at a beginner or intermediate level.

In addition to the training programme designed for golf aficionados, there is also a language course with daily lessons. The camp takes place in Marbella during the month of July and offers a two-week and a four-week programme.

Students will be staying at either Deutsche Schule Malaga, a German boarding school, or at Colegio Alborán school, while training sessions will be held at the Greenlife Golf Academy.

The camp programme consists of 9 hours of golf training and 15 hours of English or Spanish lessons per week.

The camp also offers recreational activities and field trips so students can make the most out of their free time.

Training sessions are held at the Greenlife Golf Academy in Marbella, just a 10-minute drive from the students' accommodation.

The camp is designed for children who play golf at a beginner or intermediate level.

The golf programme consists of 9 hours of training on a regular 9-hole par-3 course. Students will be sorted into training groups according to their age.

The training staff is made up of Greenlife Golf professionals, who will work on key aspects of the game, such as coordination, posture, grip, and swing techniques.

This golf & language camp in Marbella offers English and Spanish lessons for all levels to cater for the large number of international students.

This is a specialised language learning programme provided by a long-standing school with over 25 years of experience teaching second languages to children, teenage, and adult students.

Language lessons are held Monday to Friday from 9 to 12:30 at the German boarding school where students will be staying.

Field Trips

The camp includes two full-day and one half-day field trips.

The full-day field trips may consist of tours around Malaga, Granada, Tarifa, Ronda, Torremolinos, or Sevilla, including a visit to Aquamijas, Torremolinos' Parque de la Batería, or Fuengirola's Bioparc and beach.

The half-day field trip could be a city tour around Marbella or a visit to the water park, Aventura Amazonia, Bioparc, or Puerto Banús, among others.

The camp takes place at two different venues, depending on the starting date and students' age:

Deutsche Schule Malaga, a German boarding school located in Ojén, just minutes from Marbella and the beachfront, and Colegio Alborán, a school located in Las Chapas, a residential neighbourhood in Marbella.

Both venues feature sports and recreational facilities, including greenery, swimming pools, and football pitches.

There are also other sports facilities close to the campus where students can play football, tennis, paddle, golf, and even horse riding!

Both venues offer shared accommodation. Rooms feature bunk beds and are shared between 4 to 6 or 6 to 12 students. Bathrooms are shared between 3/4 students.

Safety

The camp is set in the quiet and secluded location of Ojén, a small municipal town of 3,000 inhabitants right next to Marbella. It takes place at a private German school that offers both classrooms and student dormitories. Students are monitored 24/7 by a carefully selected and highly experienced supervision team.

Students attend training sessions by bus, only a 10-minute ride from the school, and every time they leave the camp premises they are accompanied by the supervision team to ensure their safety.

Transfer Service:

There are two types of transfer services available that we´ll detail for you below:
Standard transfer service: the camp offers an optional transfer service for participants who request it from the nearest airport to the residence (or vice versa). Check with Ertheo for schedules and prices for this service.
Special transfer with additional unaccompanied minor service: participants who fly to camp alone and have contracted the unaccompanied minor service with their airline must hire this special transfer with accompaniment so that the child isn´t left alone in the airport. Advice from Ertheo

This programme focuses primarily on language improvement and includes several fun recreational activities you would expect to find at any summer camp. Even though golf is one of the main activities, this is not a golf-centred programme. The camp hosts around 200 children who participate in the collective activities, and then every student selects their sport of choice as a complementary activity and attends daily training sessions.
