This adventure course is set in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees, and is held throughout the month of July - for one or more weeks. This international course welcomes young people from all over the world, and combines sports and outdoor activities with games, get-togethers, and even language courses for those who want them.
The organizers of this adventure course have been offering dynamic, fun experiences such as these to young people for over 30 years now, which makes them one of the most experienced companies in their field. This adventure course, designed for both boys and girls, is suitable for all levels, but the main aim of this course is to have fun.

Training
This adventure course is perfect for boys and girls who are looking for thrills and spillsl. The main aim of the course is to have fun and get the adrenalin pumping by practising adventure sports, but also by discovering less well-known sports, and always in natural settings.
The adventure sports are carried out in the afternoon in groups of different levels and ages.
Trainees are supervised by instructors who are highly specialized in each activity. This type of activity is designed to enable participants to enjoy nature and risk-free adventure in a stunning setting.
Each day, the young adventure seekers take part in one or two sporting activities, depending on the duration of the activity. Some activities may be modified if deemed necessary.
They will have the chance to practice the following sports:
Rafting - Canoeing - Horseback riding - Tyrolean traverse - Canyoning - Multi-adventure circuit - Archery - Climbing wall - Quad biking
In the mornings, young sports enthusiasts can take part in one of the following activities:
- Language courses (in English, French, or Spanish).
- Nature workshops (Discovery course) - This program offers activities such as wildlife walks, mountain orienteering, survival workshops (fire, huts, and knots), water purification workshops, gold panning, and more. These workshops are conducted in English.
- Activity Adventure Course - For those who want more! As in the afternoon, youngsters can take part in activities such as rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, zip-lining, canyoning, a multi-adventure circuit, archery, climbing, quad biking and more. All activities are conducted in English.
Language Classes
Our language courses have been specially created for young people who want to learn more or perfect their skills in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, or French. Thanks to these courses, participants will feel more at ease communicating with their new friends who don't necessarily come from the same country as them, or with their monitors.
On the first day of classes, the qualified teachers will divide students into groups according to their level. They always make sure the language is taught in a fun way, with the aim of helping the students to be more confident when trying to express themselves. At the end of the course, the students will receive a diploma of attendance, as well as a detailed assessment of their progress.
Camp Schedule
The participants on this course will enjoy breakfast in the canteen, and then head off to their morning activities: either language courses, if they have chosen this option, or the multi-adventure or nature activities. After lunch and a short rest, the kids will get involved in the main activity: adventure sports! At the end of the day, when they're back at camp, they’ll have some free time to relax or have a swim in the pool. Before going to bed, they’ll be able to take part in the evening activities and workshops organized by the monitors.

Excursions
Half way through their stay, the kids will have the chance to go on a day trip: either a theme park or a day trip to Barcelona (these excursions are optional and will incur an additional cost):
- A visit to Port Aventura: A full day at the theme park.
- A day trip to Barcelona: Visiting the city's monuments and landmarks, as well as the Barcelona stadium and aquarium.

Accommodation
Location
Located in a stunning natural area in the Lérida Pyrenees, the 3-star Trainera aparthotel and the Vall d'Àneu hotel opposite will welcome participants during their stay. This quiet village in the Spanish Pyrenees offers breathtaking views of the mountains, rivers, and lakes of the Lleida valley, beside Val d'Aran. The exact address can be found here.
Students will stay in shared rooms for 2 to 5 people, all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, so that young people can communicate with their parents, and includes a daily room clean and towel change service.
Communal areas
The Trainera aparthotel and the Vall d'Àneu hotel also have communal areas available to their guests (subject to availability). Facilities include a dining room, cinema, karaoke room, and video game room, as well as a soccer pitch, badminton court, tennis court, gym, swimming pool. The complex also offers a 24-hour surveillance service to ensure the young people’s comfort and safety.

These courses are subject to a registration fee of 150 € ($ 175 or £ 140).

Extra Services

- Cancellation and Interruption Insurance: This option allows you to get your money back if you have to cancel or interrupt the camp for any justified reason, including injury or illness of participants both before and during the camp (the policy contains 35 different causes for justified cancellations).
- Travel/Medical Insurance: With this insurance policy, you will be covered for medical assistance abroad and possible expenses caused by health-related issues, as well as other contingencies such as lost luggage or an unforeseen flight change.

Transfer Service:
There are two types of transfer services available that we´ll detail for you below:
- Standard transfer service: the camp offers an optional transfer service for participants who request it from the nearest airport to the residence (or vice versa). Check with Ertheo for schedules and prices for this service.
- Special transfer with additional unaccompanied minor service: participants who fly to camp alone and have contracted the unaccompanied minor service with their airline must hire this special transfer with accompaniment so that the child isn´t left alone in the airport.
