- Individual training
- Injury prevention training
- Strategy & video analysis

During the first few days of camp, the level of each participant is examined and then they are grouped by level and age. This makes it possible to create groups of similar level and age that allow for quick and efficient learning to maximize training sessions.
Each training group has a maximum of 22 participants, with the coach-per-player ratio being 1 coach for every 11 players.
It is a mixed-gender program, meaning that boys and girls can participate together, but as a general rule 80% of the participants are male, compared to 20% of female participation.
The training sessions are conducted in English although there are coaches who speak other languages such as French and Spanish. They can sometimes lend a hand if a student doesn´t understand a part of the session.
In the goalkeeper specific program, students train a part of the day with the group and the other portion performing position specific exercises with specialized trainers.
The academy actively collaborates with one of the highest level European clubs, Thonon Evian Grand. This club works with more than 1000 players starting from 8 years old, and the academy has priority for their students to access one of the categories of this team.

To do this, academy includes a 5-hour program of language classes per week focused on improving communication skills that facilitate the day-to-day life in the camp, and also to help participants prepare for one of the official language certificates.
Classes are held in modern classrooms that are part of the academy´s own facility.
Language classes at Soccer camp
There are two options available to choose from, English or French classes.
The English classes are offered with the goal of preparing participants to pass the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).
This certificate is required for admission into a university in English-speaking countries, which makes it very useful for participants who have this objective in mind for the future.
Participants who want to improve their French skills have the opportunity to choose classes that will prepare them for the DELF (Diploma in French Language Studies), which is the equivalent to the TOEFL for the French language.
Participants are organized into two groups based on their current level (beginners or advanced) based on the results of a placement test given on the first day of camp.
All teachers are native speakers, which is a great advantage for students during the learning process.
